Yesterday during lunch i went to the food cart to buy a friend some food. I was listening to music while I was waiting to order the food and  I seen that a kid was short a couple of cents so i gave him a dollar. He was shocked and didn't know what had happened. after he payed he tried to give me my change and i told him to keep it now i hope he does the same for another person.

The tone of “The Mentor” affects the way I receive his message because he shows different kinds of emotions in it. He uses words that older people would understand more than than us. His tone is like if he is mad with kids and then he is against them. Then at the end he says how can you stop us all when we are all alike. That’s true we are all human and a like even if we don’t realize it.

My first impression is that it speaks the truth. My reasons for this is because almost every class in high school, middle school are the same. Almost all the teachers that Ive had have had the same tone everyday because to them were just a pay check. They still get payed if we don't show up to school. Most of the teachers talk the same and just want the year to get over so they don't deal with the same kids again. Older people look at our ideas as if it weren't possible. They think we are useless because we cant maintain our selves but if we were able to I'm sure almost every teenager would want to work and get money, live life by themselves and how they want to live it. Most of the time we don't need things we learn in school. like most of the algebra equations its just a waste of our time when we could be learning so much more useful stuff.
