IGNITE TALK

 Can you fully domesticate a mink and why are they seen as vicious to some people?  What I did to learn about the American mink was, I watched Joesph Carter on YouTube and learned about minks more and also saw how they hunt.A connection i noticed was that every mink has different personalities like humans, some people don't like being touched and that's the same when you handle a mink they don't like to be grabbed around the stomach. I learned that the American mink and European mink aren't actually the same. What I am going to do next is research for more information on minks.

      Does anyone in here know what a Mink is? ....One day I was minding my own business and I saw a video that said a mink catches 2 muskrats. I was fascinated by this animal because it looked like a weasel with an attitude of a honey badger. One connection I seen was that people thought mink were vicious and people judge Jean Valjean for being a criminal. Once I researched about it people were absolutely wrong. I learned that a mink is a member of the mustilet family. What I am going to do next is research more.

MY LEARNING FALL AND RISE

 When I entered this class for the first time since last year I felt confident of taking this class for the second time. I thought that it was going to be fairly easy. Little did I know I was in for a treat. The class this year was different. My learning experience has been different every year, especially after taking your class least year i felt way more confident and responsible for my work ethic and time management.   That first day that I met you after our departure from the class last year was familiar to what you said last year. I expected that you were going to leave the class and give us the option of choosing the way we learn this year. I mentioned to my fellow class mates that its fun learning with open source but that's if your up to putting in the time an effort and the whole class choose open source learning.
