LOOKING AT LIFE IN A DIFFRENT ANGLE

Today i was walking hoe after weights for football and i decided to walk the long way home. So i took an alley way that basically is in front of the railroad tracks and i was about to get to Morrison when I seen a 2 year old run onto the street in front of me. He waved at me and i waved back and smiled, when i looked forward I seen a car driving and i put my hand up for the car to stop. thankfully the driver seen my gesture and stopped. the little kids dad came out and looked surprised to see me save his baby from getting hit. If you are wondering were the kid came from was from an opened garage door. Anyways after that I walked home and couldn't get that off my mind. I told one of my friends about it and she said everything happens for a reason. I wonder what was the reason for this happening? Would the little kid have been hit if i walked the short way home, or would he have ever walked onto the street? I guess we will never know but thankfully i stopped the worst from happening ...

LES BOOK V LES MOVIE

The book of Les Mis is actually interesting because the characters are actually talking to one and another. In the movie they are singing witch is cringy and it gets kind of annoying after a while. The movie is good like the book I just wish they were a bit more similar. What seems different to me about the characters is the way I pictured them in my head. I thought that Jean Valjean was going to be big and muscular.

spring term paper

I believe that this has been the best course I've took en threw out my education. I really enjoyed this class, Dr Preston trusted us allot and so did the school. This has been the first time this has ever happened in my education. Through tout this year we made difficult choices and Dr Preston supported us, mentored us threw out these choices. We had to trust him him and we would know that he trusts us to make the right choice to excel our learning.     These past months we have been reading a book named Les Miserables. We have been learning about characters with different personalities and backgrounds. We all had one thing in common with one of these characters. Cosette's mother left her when she was small and that reminds me of my childhood and growing up with a babysitter and getting picked up around 7 in the night. My babysitter ended up becoming like a mom to me. She told me that when i was 8 months old i Had a really bad asthma attack and stopped bre...

ESSAY DU JEAN VALJEAN

Jean Valjean is a dynamic character.  What makes Jean Valjean a dynamic character is that he changes multiple times threw out the book Les Miserables. When we first met Jean Valjean he was a tough man with no feelings because of what he has been threw. Jean Valjean went to prison for stealing a loaf of bread to try and feed his sisters family. Before Jean Valjean was released he broke out of prison and that made his sentence longer. Once he got out of prison he was a looked at like an animal and treated poorly until the bishop of digne met him. Jean Valjean stole the bishops silver and when he was caught and brought back to the bishop the bishop said that he forgot his candle and gave him the silver. Jean Valjean was surprised by that and felt pity for once. Later on he stole a coin from a little boy and when the bot left he cried because he felt bad for stealing from him. He felt compassion. Later on when we hear about him again he becomes a mayor and treats eve...

IGNITE TALK

Can you fully domesticate a mink and why are they seen as vicious to some people?  What I did to learn about the American mink was, I watched Joesph Carter on YouTube and learned about minks more and also saw how they hunt.A connection i noticed was that every mink has different personalities like humans, some people don't like being touched and that's the same when you handle a mink they don't like to be grabbed around the stomach. I learned that the American mink and European mink aren't actually the same. What I am going to do next is research for more information on minks.       Does anyone in here know what a Mink is? ....One day I was minding my own business and I saw a video that said a mink catches 2 muskrats. I was fascinated by this animal because it looked like a weasel with an attitude of a honey badger. One connection I seen was that people thought mink were vicious and people judge Jean Valjean for being a criminal. Once I researched about it pe...

MY BIG QUESTION RESEARCH

THE AMERICAN MINK The American mink is a member of the mustilet family also known as the weasel family which include the otter, wolverines, domestic ferret and the honey badger. There are 2 different species of mustelid commonly known as mink. The European mink always have white markings on there upper and lower lips. American mink typically don't have white markings on there upper lip. When Europeans first came to America they discovered a medium sized dark colored mustelid that looked similar to the European mink from their home land. The American mink and European mink are 2 different types of mustelids. European mink are closer to weasels while American mink are separated in there own different genus. American mink are much more powerfully built and more aggressive predators than European mink. The American mink is also semi aquatic mammal. Mink are able to ...

A SENSE OF PLACE

I think Victor Hugo begins every section with detail on a section because it lets the readr know what he or she is going to read next and what may happen. I agree because people around the world are who they are because they lived either good or bad lives and they learned from it and it shaped their future. A place that is important to me is the weight room and the football field. These places did shape who I am because it showed me what hard work is and not giving up means. With out that in my life I would probably be in bad places or doing drugs or even worse dead. The weight room and the football field took me out of trouble and now I am doing good because of it.
